Why such a difference in how many Vins I can etch with the 1650 pro system?

Insta Etch sells two cartridge widths of 3/4 inch (19mm) & 1 inch (25mm) ; each of which are 10 feet long. The cheaper 3/4" wide cartridge, being slightly smaller cannot etch logos, just text/digits. The best seller 1650 comes with (2x) 1" cartridges. Also important to note, ALL INSTA ETCH SYSTEMS can be programed to produce VINs and serial numbers with font styles and stencil sizes of your choosing!
